What Causes Ringing In Ears After Having Multiple Fractures In Face?

I got hit by a car a year ago and had multiple fractures on rt side of face. Since than I have developed ringing in my ears and also feels like there is air trapped in both ears. When I move or talk it feels like it moves around and also have real bad popping. What can this be?

Hi..
Feeling sorry for what has happened to you...yes your symptoms are related to tje trauma...it might have caused injury your ear drum...or inner ear structures...consult an ENT doctor get an examination and audiometry...wish u speedy recovery....
