What Causes Ringing In Ears After Smoking Marijuana?

Hey, I smoke marijuana regularly. This has only been going on a year, i decided with my friends while we are in Uni that we might as well make the most of a lazy life style. Last week I had a very strange experience that lead to a strange ringing in my ears after i smoked. When i went to bed the ringing went beyond painful and so extremely loud i couldnt sleep. In the morning the ringing was still there although not as loud as the night. The next two days the ringing slowly dissapeared and i was sure i was ever going to smoke again as it has scared me off. I smoked again with a friend to make clarify it was definitely from the marijuana and the ringing came back. Although this time i only smoked a tiny amount as i was aware of what may happen. It had been over 7 days now and the ringing is still in my ears, ive done hours of searching on the internet to find what other experiences people have had and i can not get a clear answer. PLEASE HELP I am 18 years old, 6.2ft and weigh 86kg
