What Causes Ringing In The Ear With Vertigo?

Dear Sir i am suffering from severe vertigo since 1 year. There is ringing in my left ear also. feels like liquid is trapped in the middle ear so is the Eustachian canal feels like blocked. Done all the treatment and continuously doing neck exercises also any other remedy for this

Welcome in HCM

After considering all aspects of your symptoms it appears that you are most likely sufferring from labyrinthitis and vestibule and cochlea both are involved. This is common in uncontrolled diabetic and hypertensive individuals.

To established correct diagnosis these investigations are necessary-

1- Pure tone audiometry.

2- Impedance audiometry.

3- ENG.

4- Blood- sugar (fasting & post parendial).

With the help of inferences of above investigations and there co-relation with examination findings of ear final diagnosis may be made and that may be manage accordingly.
