What Causes Ringing In The Ears, Lack Of Energy And Discomfort?

female age 70 112/65 resting heart rate 111 1 hour ago. ringing in ears is severe, went outside earlier and legs felt heavy, arms and hands weak no energy at all, stomach not upset but have have had a very uncomfortable feeling for several days. overweight at 195, just feel very strange today. can t sit still but no energy when I try to unload dishwasher or fold clothes, heavy breathing, bp now 105/67. normal is 130-140/ 70-85, i work 40-50 hrs a wk and normally active, are these signs of heart problem, find myself with clinched fists and teeth and cannot relax

As per your history is concerned please let me know whether she has headache or not? As pressure is normal it can not be called as heart related. But it can go in favour of migraine if there is headache present.
