What Causes Ringing In The Ears With Headache After Falling Down?

I fell down my stairs today. I don t think I hit my head. I fell on my bottom and basically slid down six steps. Right afterwards I had a ringing in the ears and I ve had a headache all day and the ringing comes and goes. I ve tooking motrin and it doesn t help. Should I see my doctor?
