Sir, I have whistling in my right ear since last 5 days. It started as if some sounds are vibrating. I did Valsalva manure. I don t know if it caused barotrauma. I have fullness in right ear with continues whistling sound. Audiogram done is normal. 23 DB average. Moreover in heavy sounds ear gets heavy and sound increases.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
No doing Valsalva maneuver cannot cause damage so easily in the ear. I hope some blockage in the nose can cause dysfunction of the eustachian tube of your ear. That is why you are having fullness of the ear. Take steam inhalation through nose. Start taking tablet Levocetirizine. If it does not gets resolved after 2 week then do a tympanogram and consult an ENT surgeon.
