What Causes Ringing Sound In Ears, Blurred Vision And Numbness In The Body After A Fall?

About 2 hours ago I fell down some steps. I landed on my feet. I stood up fine, but for a minute or so, while standing, my eyesight went, I heard a ringing in my ears and my body felt numb. After a few minutes everything was back to normal and I felt fine, a little sore, but fine. Should I be worried?

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as body soreness ,ringing sound in ears and blurred vision is concerned this can be due injury . Dont be worried so much I will suggest you to take proper rest . For little soreness you can take Analgesic medicine like Flexon MR or Myospaz forte by consulting with local doctor . If symptoms persists then consult Physician for Examination and Evaluation .
