when I blow my nose I can blow air through my ears I ve put up with this all my life, but it seems worse since I ve passed 60 and at anytime they will pop and when I talk it sounds like a loud speaker in my head, I can pull air back up through nose real strong and they will go back to normal

Well the symptoms you mention in query are clearly indication a condition known as eustachian tube dysfunction which could be due to many reasons like excessive accumulation of wax in ear, upper respiratory tract infection , sinusitis or post nasal drip. I would suggest you to take proper course of antibiotics along with antiinflammatory medication. You should consult ENT specialist again to rule out causer like ear infection, meniere's disease or wax buildup. Doctor may prescribe mucolytic agent , decongestant and antibiotics. Doctor may also give tubes to relieve the pressure which is common procedure. You should take steam twice a day to relieve the congestion. Do warm saline gargles. Apply dry hot compresses to external ear.
