welcome to hcm,
you are adviced to continue all your three medications.
blood sugar of 250 - 300 is very high and you might be needing the three medications to control your sugar levels.
if it is not controlled by these three medications you may need to control it by insulin regimen.
mostly all the diabetic medications act in the beta cells of the pancreas to release insulin and thereby redusing your blood sugart levels
but long intake of these medications cause the beta cell destruction and a time comes when there is no enough healthy beta cells for insulin release
at that time you have to suppliment insulin from outside.

hope this explains

welcome to hcm,
short answer : yes you are adviced to continue all your medications till you reach your doctor
detailed answer: the cause of raise of blood sugar even while taking one to or more anti diabetic medications is because all the medications used for diabetes acts on your betacells and on its constant use the beta cells gets destructed and there will be not enough beta cells to control your sugar. if you are not controlled by taking all these medications you have to change to insulin.
taking your medications
with constant exercise
and diet regulations will help
hope this explains
