Hello dear,
Fairly speaking episodic rolling back of tongue with numbness in legs, doesn't fit with any organic disease in the body. Some patients with dystonia may have episodic rolling back of tongue, but simultaneous numbness in legs does not go with it.It is most probably, some sort of psychosomatic manifestation.Next step for you should be to visit a psychiatrist and if he says so,then to a neurologist.Hope it helped.
