What Causes Rotator Cuff Pain Post Heart Attack?

I had an operation on a trigger finger 3 years ago. While recovering I had a heart attack. I was treated but my hand swelled for over six months and the pain was bad. The doctor said then it was because of a syndrome that the mind does not allow the body to quit reacting to the operation. Now I have a rotator cuff pain for the last 7 months and it is almost constant. I had a MRI but they said it was negative for a tear. What can be done?

Your swelling in your arm could be thrombosis in your veins but it is all gone so it is of no concern right now but you're having pain in the right shoulder could be due to calcification in the bicipital tendon and also due to osteoarthritis you may try some anti-inflammatory medications hydro therapy warm shower and shoulder exercises the short you do not need any surgery since your MRI is normal if any questions for them to let me know thank you
