What Causes Rough And Dry Penis Head?
hello i noticed that my penis head has become rough and dry towards the tip , it also looks darker in color than the part a few mms below it which is soft and looks like some skin was peeled off it due to friction. it has a small crater like spot with a very small and thin pale (yellow/brownish) scar like line near it. It is painless but very different to look at and is mentally disturbing. Is it a disease?

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be due to fungal infection - local application of antifungal with steroid can help you. Share a picture for confirmation. Also, check for blood sugar.
