at the back of my throat, at thebase of the tongue. there is a rough patch. its like way back there. problem is i can feel it back there andso i stuc a finger in and its abrasive. i was wondering what it could be and what i should do to rid myself of it. to note i have a persistent cough and have had one for years. im 22yrs at 6 0 226lbs more broad with a gut. fightning depression without meds.
