What Causes Rumbling In The Stomach And Constipation?
For the past few days I have been trying to use the restroom but have problems going. I have bowel movement, I go but it feels like I m constipated even though I went. I keep having odd stomach rumbling sounds that I ve never had before and I have missed my period. I do feel fatigue and sometimes a bit dizzy but I know I can t be pregnant or if it has anything to do with my bowel problem. Is it possible I might have a parasite or some other disease?
Rumbling & constipation are indicative of indigestion, liver problem, gastritis or IBS, irritable bowel syndrome. It may cause diarrhea, nausea, bloating or abdominal pain. It may also cause anemia in the long run & hence weakness or dizziness.
Visit ER, get physically examined & treated. Take diet rich in fiber, iron & calcium. You should take plenty of water. Avoid addictions of any kind. Stay away from oily, spicy food. You can take antacids & PPI's for relieve.
