What Causes Rumbling Noise In Stomach Post Intercourse?
three days ago i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and within the hour i had rumblings sounds in my stomach. now i feel a little pain in my groins. i have been sexually in active since i had a hysterectomy three and half years ago, thus ruling out the possibility of pregenancy, i think. what can be the cause and what should i do?
Hello, I have gone through the query and understood your concern. The rumbling sounds are due to the bowel movements, sometimes exaggerated, especially during hunger. They are harmless unless you have any associated symptoms like bloating, nausea or diarrhea. The pain in the groins is more likely to be due to the posture adopted, more so since you did not have any sexual intercourse for a long time. Osteoporosis, which is secondary to the depreciation of the hormones, is another possible cause of the pain. You can observe for a couple of days and if there is no improvement, see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
