What Causes Salty Lips, Mouth And Feeling Of Fainting?

I have been experiencing salty lips and mouth recently, even though I limit my salt intake. Over the last 3 months I've had 3 seriously bad stomach aches lasting about 30 minutes, the most recent accompanied by a brief fever and feeling like I could pass out

I suggest you to check with a gastroenterologist immediately for a proper diagnosis and treatment as this seems to be a primarily gastro problem.

Have lots of water,keep hydrated.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
