hi I had my top right wisdom tooth pulled and my lower right wisdom tooth extracted last Wednesday. im still having throbbing in the lower jaw and tenderness, also I have a salty taste in my mouth should I go back to my dentist? he told me to call him Monday but its throbbing

If there is any persistent pain, you need see your dentist right away. There is a possibility of localized infextion for which you should be clinically evaluated and xray taken if necessary.
