What Causes Scabs And Pus In Vagina?

Hello, Ive been researching excessively on my vaginal area because I have noticed a few scabs that itch and one on the other side of the lip filled with a little bit of puss. This became noticable without me being sexually active. It appeared on its own. Im not sure what it is and Im becoming very concerned. Please get back to me on this. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear scabs and pus is a sign of bacterial infection known as bacterial vaginosis..I advise you as follows
1) do not scratch the area if it's itching use ice
2) keep hygiene with salon and vaginal v wash regularly
3) do not allow it to dry
4) use neosprin ointment on affected area
5) tab amoxicillin will be helpful for infection
6) consult gynaecologist once if it's bleeding
hope this will help you
thanks and regards
