I have strange scabs right underneath my tailbone progressing just to the top of my right butt cheek. When picked, they don t bleed but pus is released. They get itchier in the evenings and at night, but they are not in any way painful. Do you know what this is and how to treat it?
Hello, i have studied your case and this condition is called as Pilonidal sinus. This is common in obese patients and specially hairy one. Hairs keep on entering in the anal cleft and than they form a sinus. It get infected leading to pus and scab. I have following suggestions to you. 1.Best treatement is surgery, in this whole tract is excised and closed. 2.You need to take antibiotics for six weeks. 3. Sitz bath. 4.
