can u tell me if it is free if i type my question thks thks..i got a chronic , severe scaly , flaky scalp..its like a psoriasis only a part in my head...everyday my hand is in my head which cose me stress..my pharmacist gave me Forcan-150 once a wk..and novophane.k Antidandruff shampoo..i used many shamp like DUCRAY..FUTERER..PHYTORAL...its doesnt wks..the scalp persist more n more.everyday i must scratch with my nail n take it out,its stick in my head skin.

Hi thanks for choosing HCM,
Chronic scaly lesions on the scalp may be either
fungus, psoriasis and scalp dermatitis.
fungal lesions are spreading type centrally healing and more itchy lesions. Psoriasis are silvery scale lesions with less itching. And scalp dermatitis due to combination of your sweat on scalp, oil and dust.
In your case, it could be Psoriasis..so it is not responding to your fungal treatment.
1) Shampooing of your scalp with Shampoo contains Coal tar, salicylic acid with other ingredients....alternative days
2) Betamethasone and salicylic acid lotion..
drops on affected part 3 times daily.
3) For itching...use Levocetrizine daily night.
4)One course of .... Tab Methotrexate 2.5 mg tablet weekly once with folic acid tablets for 1 month will give very good results.
