good morning! i have a lot of dark spot scattered on my upper arms, body back and front and legs until my knee cap only,its not painful and I observed it started when i took vitamins more or less 5 years ago,it started on my arms and then on my body till my legs,so i stop taking that vitamins. till now these dark spots are still scattering all over my body. my normal bp is 90/70 but sometimes it reaches to 80/50

I would suggest you to:- - Apply cold compresses to the affected area . - Topical steroid application helps in symptomatic relief . - Take over the counter anti allergic drug like benadryl or zyrtec . - Avoid sun exposure . - Drink plenty of water . - Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 even if you are not under sun exposure. If symptoms doesn t get better in 3-4 days consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe steroids or hydroxychloroquine. Hope your concern has been resolved.
