What Causes Scrotal Sac Moderate Pain Intermittently?

Hello doctor, I am feeling moderate pain, on both sides above my scrotal sac, the pain intensifies as i bring both my legs closer. This has happened before with the pain going away in 3-4 hours. Is this a serious problem???

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
This could be due to the stretch on the spermatic cord with pain.Or could be due to other factors like Epididymitis / or from Varicocel etc.This would need Second Opinion from Surgeon after the physical examination.
USG would fix these or rule out these causes.
Intermittent pain could be from a tight ugies with strong cremasters,giving stretching pain in your case.
This is normal and could go with loose ugies.IF not investigate with USG and Surgeons opinion.
