Hi,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.
I know that you are very concerned about your child but don’t worry.

Your child has developed bacterial infection at the scrotal region.
In my opinion, you should apply mupirocin cream locally three times a day for 5 days.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
