i am forty years old lady . i have been suffering from fever for last year range of fever is 99.4 maximum .it happened only in summers but not in winters last year and has started to happen again in this summer (may 2011onwards)it occurs in day time and gets normal on its own in night. no infections have been detected in normal reports. my son who is 11 years old ,suffers from same problem. please suggest .
