What Causes Seizure In A Child? Degenerating Hip Bones. Painful Bruise On Inner Thigh. Reason?

any ideas on what would cause a seizure in a child who normally does not suffer from these? the child also has been seen by orthopedic docs because her hip bone is degenerating. The child has been complaining of a painful bruise on her inner thigh that will turn purple and red, but then disappear after a while? or any ideas of what direction we should start exploring

Degenerating hip bone , i would like to rule out perthes disease, for the purple striae i would like to rule out cushings disease, kindly get a pediatrician and a neurologist to examine your child for better results.
