What Causes Semen Discharge When Straining For Bowels?
Hello, I m a 16 yo male and I had a question I was hoping could be answered. Recently, I ve had semen or some sort of seminal fluid come out of my penis when I strain for stool. I was wondering if this is natural or if I should be concerned. Thank you

It is not possible to get semen out during passing stools. It is possible if you are excited enough at that time/any neurological problem. Please visit doctor for examination and further management. All the best.
