What Causes Semen Leakage From The Vagina Post Intercourse?

i am 25 years old, got married 2 years back and trying to conceive since 6 months. i had my test and got to know that i have ovarian cyst, my gync put me on medication for 3 months and now i have small amount of cyst on my right ovary and left ovary is bit bulky. whenever we have sex some amount of sperms comes out of my vagina, and when i pee in the morning again i have sperms out of my vagina. Will this decrease my chances of getting pregnant?
