What Causes Sensation In Abdominal Muscles In Case Of Diastasis?

Hi. I have a diastisis from my pregnancies, but now I have a sensation of my abdominal muscle crawling about an inch left of the midline whenever I brace my abs. It happens when I lean to one side or pick things up. Is this a weakness in that part of my abdominal wall or could it be a hernia? Thank you.

To know whether ypu have hernia there should be separation of rectus muscle and popping out of mass outside when you get up from bed or when you cough.
Muscle strengthening exercises will help i such cases.
For further treatment consult surgeon.
