What Causes Sensations On The Upper Left Side Of The Chest?

I have been having sensations on the upper left side of my chest to the right of left nipple. I am sometimes fatigued as well. I have always worried it was cardiac, but I have had blood tests, stress echo, 24 hours holter and everything is normal. Any ideas?

Since all your reports are normal..your symptoms are related to muscular strain..so do not worry..use drugs like tab.ultracet by consulting your doctor.if still symptoms persist consult your cardiologist for expert management..thankyou
