What Causes Sensitivity And Pressure In Lower Abdomen With Bloating And Pain?

Hello I m Char, 27 yrsold.I ve been having stomach problems since I had my last child a year ago.Been to the doctor for Urinary Infection (taken care of) also, for an Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and that was also taken care of. But now, I have similar symptoms like: Sensitive lower abdomenal, pressure when i urinate, hurts to run or walk fast or to drive over a bump, i feel like I m bloated. But with that being said I have had bowels since the pain started regular bowels. What could be wrong? Is it possible for the previous infections to come back?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read your history and understood your concerns.
Since you have already been treated for H. pylori and UTI the present problems of lower abdominal pain, Sensitive lower abdominal, pressure when you urinate, hurts to run or walk fast or to drive over a bump, i feel like bloated. But with that being said you have had bowels since the pain started regular bowels indicate towards an inflammatory cause.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
CT scan of the abdomen as this alone can tell what inflammatory process is going on.
Other tests of blood, urine and stool and colonoscopy may help further.
