Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions. They can be related to a bladder infection which is one of the common causes. I recommend to do a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan three times a day to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
