What Causes Sever Itching On Butt Cheeks?
Hi, during class today below my butt cheeks on my back thighs I randomly got extremely itchy and had to go to the bathroom the pull down my pants and itch them. Once I scratched them for a minute or two the urging just stopped and that was the end of it. What could this be from?

You are suffering from perianal dermatitis.
It can be due to worm infestation,fungal infection,sweat allergy,eczema etc.
Keep area dry as much as possible.Use cotton undergarments.
Take deworming in the form of albendazole tablet.
You can apply steroid antifungal combination like candid b over affected area.At day time a dusting powder will help.
