Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Blackouts can occur for a variety of reasons too numerous to rule out simply based on the limited information you've provided. You need to definitely get a full blown workup by cardiology, neurology, and internal medicine. Cardiac arrhythmias, epilepsy, straight up severe fatigue or sudden drops in blood pressure can all be equally likely as the cause for losing consciousness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Dariush Saghafi
