I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Heavy blood flow with unusually large clots may be due to hormonal changes, Intra uterine devices, & also due to diseases like Fibroids & many other conditions.
You have to assess the flow of blood by counting the no.of pads your are changing per day. If it's morethan normal, you need consult a gynaecologist for further assistance. Also I advice you to take, 1. Antispasmodics 2. Tab. Tranax 500mg twice 3. Take plenty of fluids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
