What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain During Defecation?

Hello, i have recently been experiencing severe pain in my lower left abdomen, when i wake up in the morning i feel fine, but as soon as i poop i begin experiencing pain which gets worse until i vomit, sometimes i get releif from puking, sometimes not. I have been dealing with it for about a week, but the last day or two it has gotten worse. I also have recently quit drinking energy drinks.

Hi.
This is indicative of severe colitis, meaning inflammation of the last part of large bowel. In the process of defecation the bowel has to contract to expel the stool and get painful only if it is diseased. A course of antibiotic , metronidazole and anti-spasmodic should help you .
You may please visit a Gastro Doctor as you may need endoscopy if the problem is not solved by medicines.
