What Causes Severe Abdominal Gas, Floating Stools, Nausea, Constant Lethargy And Vaginal Thrush?

Hi, I m suffering with horrendous abdominal gas (since Wednesday). I am also having floating stools and feel a little nauseous at times otherwise I feel quite well apart from my usual constant lethargy. I woke up this morning and discovered I also have vaginal thrush - not sure if that s a connection?

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to have 3 different conditions one is hemorrhoids, it can be managed on conservative way like drinking more water, using stool softener, Policresulen ointment for intrarectal use, but surgery is the best option for cure. For flatulence it could be due to dyspepsia and to change the eating habit and take care in diet. If this is the fungal infection of vagina then Miconazole ointment can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
