What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Constipation?
Good day,
I have been experiencing sever abdominal pain during last 5 days. Its continuous even after eating. I experienced constipation with very hard round stools which are difficult to pass.
I also had some dehydration due to severe weather conditions. What could be my illness

The constipation and resultant pseudo- obstruction can be the the reason for your problems. The dehydration adds to the problems.
I would advise you:
Consult your Doctor for examination and investigations of the blood, urine and stool. Ultrasonography, standing X-ray abdomen and get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
You ma need saline-soap enema.
