What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain During Periods?
I was a week late starting my period. I normally bleed very heavy but it s not this time I m having severe abdominal pain and extreme bloating. Pain in my lower back and chills. For 2 days it felt as if I was in labor. Day 3 they come and go now. I m very tired. No appitie.

Delayed by a week , u should check for urine pregnancy test as bloating can happen due to pregnancy, and as u have sever abdominal pain , u need a scan too to rule out other cause or any ectopics
