General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Thanks for your history.
The history difficulty or ''hard to eat'' excludes the spleen lesion to cause such a problem. IT can not cause such a lengthy problem.
This can be due to pancreatitis , gastritis , stomach ulcers or cancer, colitis or so.
I would advise you the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy.
CT scan of the abdomen
Routine blood tests including amylase and lipase,
Urine and stool tests.
Physical examination by a General Surgeon.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and proper management
