What Causes Severe Ankle Pain When Suffering From Parkinson S Disease?

My father is having parkinson and under going treatment for the last 15 years. Taking ropark, amantrel, syndopa cr and 110, raselact. Having slight cholestrol and taking xtor. Nw for the last few months wounds are appearing in legs above ankle and giving severe pain. Any side effects? Hw to proceed with? Pl guide. Anup
