What Causes Severe Anxiety While On Paroxetine, Topiramate And Quetiapine?
My wife takes 10Mg of paroxetine, 100Mg of topiramate, and 200Mg of Quetiapine. She also is Bi-polar. Right now, she is in a manic phase, and has not slept for 4 days, with the exception of an hour our two. Her anxiety level is extremely high. Can she take 15Mg of Buspirone safely?

Buspirone has adverse interaction with Paroxetine and Topiramate and is better avoided.
If you have any Benzodiazepine with you, she may feel better with the same if her treating psychiatrist agrees with the administration. If she does not have asthma, beta blockers like Inderal also helps in alleviating anxiety.
