I'm 37 weeks pregnant and i have started with throbbing back pains. I have not had any signs of labour, no braxton hicks, i haven't lost my mucus plug or anything. I was just wondering if this was anything to worry about. The pain can last a couple of hour go and then come back.

Well...nothing to be worried about...it is very common in late pregnancy. Changes in your center of gravity put strain on your back lower part and hips, causing pain, which may be more severe on one side than the other. It can be improved with taking exercise and you can also use warm compressions.
