What Causes Severe Back Pain That Intensifies While Urinating?
My husband has been having severe back pain that intensifies when he urinates. He has been to ER twice and regular doctor once. CT scan showed no kidney issues. White blood cell count slightly elevated. He was diagnosed with bladder infection and/or muscle pain. He has finished antibiotics and muscle relaxers prescribed with no improvement. What should be investigated next?
I want know if there is pain only during urination or walking any way or with bending. I think if CT urography is normal then you must undergo MRI LS spine to rule out Neuralgic pain. And urine culture and sensitivity to choose for proper antibiotics. Contact me if done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
