As per your complain it you are suffering from severe indigestion problem leading to the symptoms of acid reflux,

I would suggest that for constipation take a high fibre diet, take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and salads..
Take stool softeners like Docusate and laxatives like
Polyethylene glycol..
You can also start taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
Drink plenty of water, do moderate workout and short walks after meals..
For acid reflux take
proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole and antacid like
milk of magnesia..
Avoid spicy and acidic foods..
Sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet and recline in left lateral position..
In case if you are obese try shedding off some weight..
As these conditions will improve bloating will tend to resolve and in case if still you feel bloated you can take
Simethicone as it helps in reducing intestinal gas..
