Causes for burning sensation and sneezing are:-
1) Allergic reaction
2) Sinusitis
3) Deviated nasal septum
4) A hot and dry environment
5) Excessive cold
6) Dry nose
You can use Nasoclear nasal drops. Do steam inhalation three to four times a day. Treatment depends upon underlying condition. Kindly follow with detailed history or consult with ENT surgeon.
