What Causes Severe Chest Pain Radiating To Stomach And IBS?

Hi, I currently am experiencing severe pain in what feels like my chest, below my left breast. It feels like it s radiating to my stomach, I have IBS also, and I feel like loads of little bubbles are popping there. Also every now and then I feel pain in the middle of my chest, where I tend to get food stuck (a different issue I m having is feeling like food is getting stuck behind the breastbone) and also pain radiating up to my jaw and my shoulder. It came on suddenly and often I cannot stand up, I have to bend over, and it comes and goes, it s not constant but I am feeling sick and tight and heavy everywhere. This has been happening for about an hour or so now. Could you help?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis. I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
An Endoscopy and an ECG may be helpful.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
Avoid spicy and oily foods. Avoid being empty stomach for long periods. Drink lots of water daily.
