What Causes Severe Chest Pain?

My friend is experiencing cheats pains, nausea, breathlessness and excessive bowel movements. The cheast pains ahve been ongoing for 2 days now and it is concerning me they are progressevly getting worse becomming more stabbing and pressured.What is wrong?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely take your friend to hospital to rule out heart and lung diseases.
He needs ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test) to rule out heart diseases.
He also needs chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for lung diseases.
So don't wait at home, consult doctor and discuss all these.
