What Causes Severe Cold Before Fever?

I am suffering from fever for last 4 days.When the fever comes I feel cold and within 30 minutes it touches 101-102 degrees.I then take a paracetamol650 The fever goes within 45 minutes.After that for 5-6 hours I feel absolutely normal. Why so and what will be my next course of tretment

usage of antihistamine can reduce your cold but as it is accompanied by fever.

Consult Doctor immediately to find out the cause of Fever by blood test as you are suffering from 4 days.
