What Causes Severe Constipation After Taking Oxyelite?

I've been taking oxyelite and experiencing extreme constipation, to the point where I've been inflamed. Not sure if it's the water intake or I have another problem. I recently backed of for a week and my bowls are still not 100% right. I've been taking a cleaner that normally works quickly, but there is even a delay with that and when I go, my bowls are thin and pasty. I have also had an incontinence sling surgery about 2 years ago. I am a little concerned, that maybe a symptom from that beaching down.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I suggest you use laxative such as Miralax. I suggest you take daily probiotics. I recommend eating a fiber-rich diet and drinking a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
