What Causes Severe Cough After Tylenol?

I ve been taking lyrica for myoclonus quite successfully since 2006 with the usual side effects. I m 76 and have had the flu since last Thursday and finally took Tylenol complete nighttime last night. Didn t do much for the cough so have taken 2 small doses of Buckley s cough cold and flu syrup. Just had a meltdown. Couldn t stand up without contractions and shaking. Have not missed any doses of Lyrica. Took two 25mg at 6:15, the usual time and yet it s as though I missed the last 2 doses.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have a fever, it is possible that the shaking may be related to chills that can go along with a fever.

You can continue the use of the tylenol to help with any fever and pain.
Using cool liquids, tepid sponging and dressing in cool clothing would also help.

I hope this helps
